1. no water dispense
according to the online specs, the model is with a water dispense but it's not. don't waste money on ordering the water filer suggested upon checkout.
2. bad storage design
the only space for standard gallon sized or litter sized containers is the bottom shelf on both sides of the door. (one gallon-sized milk at each door and that's it). the height of the bottom shelf in the center is not tall enough for any standard gallon-sized milk/juice and liter-sized drinks. this is super inconvenient for a big family unless you have another fridge to storage milk/drinks

What a wonderful fridge. I love the amount of space it has, the ability to control it through my phone (thanks to the app), the sleek modern look, and its fit in my overall kitchen. Something that's unique about this appliance compared to other new appliances in my kitchen is that it's fingerprint resistant! Never have I had a fridge as impressive as this one. It's a technological masterpiece and my favorite appliance in the kitchen. Lastly, I feel great about owning this fridge because it's Energy Star Certified, so I feel good that I get to help the planet!

The size of this refrigerator is great but it randomly stops cooling and I've now lost all of the food inside for a third time. The support has been terrible - if the technician can see an error code, they won't even try to solve the problem.

This product requires repair within the first month. Do not buy. This unit shuts itself off on its own. I have had this fridge a little over a month, and it has shut itself off approximately 20-25 times. I advise you skip this product and all products that perform the same. As a customer I do not feel valued due to my experience with Samsung.

I absolutely LOVE this new refrigerator. It is much larger than my old one and has ample storage space in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The ice maker is great too, and holds a lot of ice. I enjoy having it connected to the SmartThings app as well, so I get a notification if the door is left open too long. I can also adjust the temperature and other functions from the app, which is a great feature. The refrigerator was professionally installed. The shelves inside are very spacious and have plenty of room for anything I want to put in there. The vegetable/crisper drawers are also a nice feature as you can adjust the humidity in each drawer. The control buttons inside are in a good place and easy to access, and the filter seems to be in a good place too, in order to make filter changes easy. Overall, I am very happy with my new Samsung fridge!

I have had the fridge for a little over a month. It fits just right in my newly remodeled tiny kitchen and gives me the room to store my food. I would give it 5 stars if the shelves were adjustable. I don't like storing milk in the door but if I buy a gallon that is the only option as the shelves are not tall enough

I love this fridge! It fits perfect in my small space. The only thing I wish is that it was finger print resistant. I love the ice maker and that it can be controlled through the app, so that when I am not home ice will be ready by the time I come home.

Very excited to upgrade from my old refrigerator after 10 years. Love this refrigerator for the amount of room it has. I can store everything that was in the old refrigerator plus some. The shelves are very deep. I don't however like how small the width of the door shelves are. You really can't layer condiments in them. They have to go side by side with a little space in front of them. Also don't like that you pretty much have to store milk in the door. Definitely not a place to store milk because it gets too hot there. I got my husband to lift the bottom shelf slightly higher than so I can fit my milk in the actual refrigerator. The smartThings app is nice. It can alert you if the door is open, control temperature, and also list food in the fridge to know when they are going bad. The touch control in the refrigerator is also nice. Tells the temperature and can also be used to turn off the ice maker. Lots of space in the freezer. Hold as much as my side by side refrigerator/ freezer. Icemaker is nice, but I can spill ice behind the drawer if it is full...

This is a great refrigerator. The best part about is it has smart capabilities which you can control temperature and if you have it connected to smart things, you will be notified that you left the door open(which we do a lot) so it is a great feature for us. It is very spacious. It might not look as big but you can put a lot of stuff in there. The shelfs are strong and look great. The freezer is also very nice. It has the fast cooling functionality which can come in handy when needed. I really like the white LED lights. It matches all the white lights we have in our house. The stainless steel finish is great looking and finger print resistant. We dont have to keep cleaning as we did before. Over all very good appliance. I would recommend to someone and would buy again.

I've had this new refrigerator for only on week.It took me a few days to get it installed due to a crimped water line. After that I was able to install a new water line,before I knew it was up and running. It surely cooled pretty quickly,mind you my previous fridge is over 20 years old and on its last legs. This refrigerator is a much needed update grade. Huge is an understatement,yet sleek looking,love the no handles look. Let alone it rings an alarm if I don't close the doors all the way,Don't ask me how I know.There's so much space\ storage be it in fridge or freezer. The bottom freezer is so big with two sections. We love how much we can store now.Love that it's fingerprint resistant,easy to clean,and had super bright lights.So easy to change controls,literally a push of the button,or from your phone. Love how much Ice the ice maker can make.

We love this fridge! I love its smart features. It's able to sync with all our other Samsung devices and our smart phones via the SmartThings app (regardless if you use Android or Apple) so you get notifications about your fridge and control temperature settings. If the door isn't closed shut within 2 minutes, we'll see a message pop up on our Samsung TV and on our phone. It's really awesome to see Samsung integrate their technology so well. And the fridge is so sleek and cool with its minimalistic design. The fridge has a fingerprint resistance surface, however it still attracts a little bit of grease from our fingers which we can wipe away easily! It doesn't dispense water, but it does make ice! And you're able to turn on and off the ice maker via the app. Theres also a Power cool and Power freeze option on the app, it can quickly bring down the temperature in the fridge compartments to preserve our food. We haven't had to use these options often because the fridge does a really good job as is! It's a smaller fridge but still has a decent amount of room to store a lot of food. Highly recommend this cool high tech fridge!

The Samsung Smart 3-Door Refrigerator is smooth, modern appliance. The stainless steel look compliments my white cabinet kitchen perfectly. I love the no handle look. It looks like it belongs in the Space Shuttle. It has plenty of space on the door handles and interior. The freezer is deep and easy to reach both levels. With both doors open you can easily find anything with the bright interior. Power cool and power freeze options allow you to adjust the temperature at your choice. One of my favorite features is the connection to the Samsung Smart Things app. I get an alert if the door is left open too long by a notification and audible bell. The digital controls for temperature, ice maker and peak demand are an added bonus. There are two things I do not like. The shelves are not exactly positioned for larger items. We have 3 kids and go through 2-3 gallons of mile per week. This refrigerator only allows two gallon jugs on each bottom drawer. You can force another on the main level but it touches the shelf. Another issue is finger prints. Since there are no handles the tendency is to grab the doors. It will leave fingerprints which is annoying but not a big deal. There's no in door ice, and no water at all but that isn't a big issue either. Overall this a is great refrigerator.

Works great got cold quickly. Shelf's are roomy and deal. The freezer is a little small but works good for a small family. The app is easy to use. The ice maker is great. Wish it had water too. I'm very impressed with the refrigerator when it came I thought it was going to be to small. Love all the draws. French door are great. The flat door easy to open handles are great the app on your smartphone to control the temperature anywhere is perfect. Energy STAR certified is great to save money on your electric. There is a LED bright light when you open up the refrigerator and freezer which is perfect cuz you could see everything. There is also an alarm for when the kids or husband decide to leave it open too long. The features are great on this refrigerator I am actually enjoying it the freezer is just a little too small for me but everything else is wonderful it's also fingerproof resistant which has been working out well

We were looking to downsize and streamline our kitchen and this refrigerator caught my attention, the lines of the product are beautiful, simple, and aesthetic. The design is very modern and I appreciate how easy it is to clean. The stainless steel is finger print resistant and any smudges wipe away very quickly with little effort. It has a fair amount of space for a small family or an individual. It has lots of areas to organize the content without being over packed. The refrigerator is extremely quiet, much quieter than the one it is replacing. I like that the temperature can be set by phone-- great feature if you need to blast chill something, or for a dinner party prep. Overall, I really do like this fridge. Personally, I would like it a little better if it also had a water dispenser and a touch more size.

I would certainly recommend this to everyone. It is a great appliance. It is very slick. If you don't need water dispenser this a a great refrigerator for you. The shelfs are strong. I would suggest putting more options for making shelfs higher or lower. It works great for us but some people would like to change based on their needs. I love the fact that i can connect it to my smart things and it will notify me if we leave the door open(which we do a lot). I also like that it doesn't have the handles to open the door which makes it look even better. I did have some trouble setting it up and adding it to my smart things app but i was able to add it. Over all a great appliance. I would buy again if i need to.

This fridge is awesome. I love the feature that can connect to the phone so I can have notification if the fridge door is left open for quite some time and the temperature raises too much. I like that the cooling system are two for the fridge and the freezer and independent from each other which keeps the food fresher. I like the fact that is fingerprint proof so less cleaning is needed. The LED light in the fridge is helpful to see what's stored in the rear of the compartiments and the fast cooling option is a great addition to the fridge. I like the modern exterior and flat-door design and easy-to-open recessed handles. The fridge is ENERGY STAR Certified and has an alarm and starts to beep if it is left open.

I received my Samsung 19.5 cu 3 French door refrigerator in stainless steel. Let me start off by saying it's beautiful!! I replaced a 32 cu refrig and this new one fits everything I need. When you open up the door it is bright and feels so fresh and clean. there's a panel on the right lower side where I can change the temperature of the frig and the freezer. You can also turn ice making on or off. I set mine off since we don't have a water line connected. You can use the Samsung smart app as well and control your temperature right from your phone!!!! I also love the freezer on the bottom. It has to level the top you can put your ice and in the bottom I loaded up with all my frozen meats etc. so spacious! There aren't any handles that you can see you can grab from underneath the fridge or above where there are openings to grab. Same thing with the freezer it's apart of the drawer so you can easily just pull it from the top. I also love that it's certified energy efficient! What an awesome sleek looking fridge that is also fingerprint resistant! So the fridge is going to stay nice all day and night!

I LOVE this refrigerator! I love the french door and the stainless steel looks very modern. I like that the freezer is on the bottom too. It's shockingly larger than expected. Delivery and haul away were great and no issues at all with that! There is so much room in the refrigerator! I do wish the shelves were more adjustable because I had a hard time finding a water filter that would fit (ended up using one of the side door compartments and a smaller Brita filter) so that's the only drawback. Overall, everything from delivery to set up to size have been nothing but stellar! I also set up the device to work with my smartthings so I can see when the door is open or closed which a nice feature. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

I've used the Samsung RF20A5101SR/AA for about 3 weeks now and this fridge has everything we need for our family of 3. The front doors of the fridge is flat and has no protruding handles to maintain a minimalist look. The surface is coated with an aluminum texture that is pretty resistant to fingerprints and water stains. The stains that do keep are easily eliminated through a wipe that doesn't streak.
The fridge has an icemaker but no water dispenser. It took a couple of days to get used to not having a water dispenser, but I'd gladly have a fridge with a minimalist profile. I just keep my water in a pitcher on the large door shelves.
The internal icemaker is nice and is stored within a pull-out compartment within the freezer. This makes the ice more accessible and I can use a cup to scoop out the amount of ice I want rather than wait for an ice dispenser to slowly doll out the good stuff in a more traditional fridge with an ice dispenser on the door. The ice maker was fast and the ice bucket was full after letting it run overnight. The installer advised us to dump out the first bucket of ice initially as the fridge washed out the pipes.
The smart features on the fridge were nice. I can set the temperature (separately for the freezer/ fridge) as well as turning the ice machine on/off in the Samsung app even when I'm not home. The app will alert me on my phone if the fridge door has been left open. Since I have a Samsung TV, a notification will also appear on my TV screen to let me know that the door was left open.
Overall, I'm happy with the built quality and the minimalist look of the fridge. I would not hesitate to recommend this fridge to my friends and family.
