this is our second samsung refrigerator. there is just so much room, great for a large family. our last fridge had a water dispense inside the door, this one has the automatic refill water pitcher. everyone in the house loves it. i am glad to see that they have changed it so now magnets can be placed on the front of the refrigerator.. can't speak highly enough about this fridge.

I've had this fridge for a few months now and I'm still sooo happy with it! Not only do I LOVE the self-filling interior water pitcher and the ice in the pull-out freezer, but the amount of space in this fridge is shocking! Just when I think I'm running out of space, all I have to do is organize a couple of items and I have opened up so much more space! I bought this fridge because my brother had purchased one and was sooo happy with it and I am so glad I did!

We've had this fridge for almost a year and we are still loving it. When it says "large capacity" they're not kidding. I especially like the internal, self filling water pitcher. So much nicer, and cleaner than the water in the door. For those that say it dribbles, it will if you try to pour too much, too fast.

We got this fridge when there was a deal going on and love it! It's so much more spacious and quieter than our old fridge. The inside is very bright and the built in pitcher has to be my favorite feature! The child lock buttons are so good that even I forget how to unlock it. The bottom freezer had a top sliding compartment and that's where I like to store my frozen fruits. In the regular bottom freezer it has a divider which can't adjust but regardless I like that since I can put my frozen meats on one side and the kids ready to eat snacks on one side. I also love that it's counter depth and doesn't stick out much. The warranty on this fridge sounds good and hopefully I never have to use it but it's great that it's included.

I purchased this in October 2021. My old fridge had broken down after only 7 years (not a Samsung). Desperate, I needed to choose a refrigerator that was in stock and could be readily delivered.
Pros: this fridge has a sleek exterior and is easy to keep clean. There is a water jug on the inside door, which fills automatically, and is a handy feature. A strong reason for purchasing this model was the 10 year warranty.
Cons: I'm short, so the top door bins are useless for me as I can't reach inside them. The ice bin takes up a lot of space, and if the ice bin is full, cubes can fall out onto the floor (in the rear of the fridge, where they can't be picked up). The freezer door lifts as you open it which takes some getting used to. I initially felt that the handle was breaking off.

I really like my Samsung refrigerator. I bought it about 2 months ago. The freezer section holds plenty of food and the storage area accommodates different sized containers. I love the internal ice maker.the refrigerator has plenty of room and shelves to not only store your items but easily access them. Additionally, the inside automatically filled water pitcher was @ bonus.

I bought this along with 3 other appliances as a package and I couldn't be more happy.
I was told not to purchase a Samsung unit because they tend to have issues but I have a Samsung Washer and Dryer that is 2 years old and have never had problems with them either.
The only option I would add is the Ice and Water. This has ice in the bottom drawer but not the water.
I will continue to purchase Samsung in the future.

I bought a Three Door French door refrigerator with about a month and a half ago and I just love the in the door refillable water pitcher. There is a ton of room and a lot of nice in the doors storage. The digital temperature controls are also nice.

We love our french door 29 cu.ft. large capacity refrigerator. It has so much room in it and even the doors have plenty of xtra storage areas for condiments and juice/milk. Didn't know if we would like the autofill water pitcher as much as our old one with water dispenser on outside, but absolutely love it and would not go back. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this fridge in August upon remodeling our new home anticipation that due to covid shortages there would be a long wait time. I was wrong! Within a few days our fridge was delivered to our new home. It was such a relief. As for the fridge itself I love this style with the double doors up top (it allows me to keep all my food visible at eye level) and the freezer down at the bottomnis spacious to hold our protein, icecream, etc! I'm an absolute fan of the sleek look with the water dispenser on the inside. Anyone who comes over has something nice to say about our fridge. So far so good.

We had purchased a very expensive "name brand" refrigerator expecting it to meet our family's needs. However, we were soon disappointed when the appliance was needing constant repair. Our new Samsung refrigerator replaced the other brand. Not only did it cost much less, but since day one, we have said this is the best refrigerator we've ever owned. I highly recommend Samsung if you are needing a new refrigerator.

I've had my refrigerator a little over a year. It's size and style are great. I love the auto fill pitcher inside the door. It's great that the outside keeps a clean look without the dispenser there. The down side is that the large deli drawer is the width of the fridge so both doors need to be opened to use it.

This is the 2nd Samsung refrigerator we have had and we really like the sleek look and the quality of shelving and Bins is higher than many other brands on the market. The Twin Cooling system is very quiet and efficient! There isn't an ice maker in the bottom freezer but we out an ice tub in the bottom so we could dumb the ice from the top to have a little ice stored up! I do recommend if buying a Samsung fridge that you really try to get a step up from the very base model. The base model has what they call "all around cooling" which is a single cooling system and we had to send it back a week after getting it as the bins and shelves felt cheap and the compressor was quite noisy. Twin cooling plus is much quieter and that tells me it isn't having to work as hard to keep stable temperature. We stepped up to this model with the quick access door and we love it and use it all the time and you can tell it has much higher build quality! Overall, we are very pleased with the model we have now and we don't have any reason to believe that it won't last us a long time.
It has the internal auto fill water pitcher for cold fresh water and we have it turned off and I don't think we have used it a single time to be honest. We would rather have the extra storage space in its place but we didn't have that option at the time of purchase.

overall we like the fridge, i have two issues with it though and samsung service has been a pain.
1) the water pitcher leaks when pouring a drink. not much, but it does.
2) this is the one that makes me upset... they put a sticker on the door advertising their 10 year warranty. but when it was removed, it removed some of the clear coat as well. now my nice shiny fridge has a dull spot there and it sticks out like a sore thumb...
of course, i probably made it worst by attempting to polish it back to normal... now it just looks awful.

Our biggest issue is with the wide deli drawer underneath the crispers, as the fit and finish on this drawer leaves much to be desired. Either the side wall rails need to be in closer, or the drawer needs to be made wider. Because of the poor design, it is fairly easy to have the drawer become wedged diagonally as illustrated in the photo, and to take a number of attempts to close the drawer after use.
The freezer offers the flexibility of accommodating tall items in between the top drawer and the front door. However, there is not a place for small items to be placed without the risk of getting lost in the basket among the larger items. A suggestion would be to put a removable rectangular wire basket either on the top of the freezer door, or hung it from the top drawer.
